Lakdi Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil refers to cold press extraction process for taking out oil from seeds. Oil from seeds is extracted in Wooden Ghani. In this process, seeds are crushed at low temperature so natural properties , antioxidants and essential oils are retained in the oil.
The process of cold pressing does NOT involve use of chemicals and high temperatures. Hence, all the natural properties of the oil are retained.
